• We also speak with more financial advisors from financial service providers of all sizes and hold quarterly “squawk box” telephone conferences for individual investors. We use performance measures that help manage our primary aim, sustained growth of corporate value, and the ancillary goal of profitable revenue growth.

• Planning and control processes manage the compilation of these key measures and their availability to the decision makers. Our long-term strategic plans are the starting point for planning and controlling processes, including creating a multiyear plan
